Land Solutions–Uganda Ltd is constituted by a team of land legal experts and senior associate specialists, having diverse knowledge, skills and experience in: land investigations for tracing the root of land titles; engaging tenants and squatters on land for vacant possession; processes leading to land registration for a title; succession to land/property; family Trust Deeds; data collection on properties and property management; land acquisitions—land compensation claims, sensitization on land law and rights of persons affected by projects (PAPs); and relocation matters, including identification and appraisals of relocation land sites.

We provide Bank third party services; that is, pre-loan land due diligence; surveillance of land collateral security, and data collection on collateral properties during loan life. We also oversee and preserve foreclosed properties in good condition up to sale by Banks.
